Refund and Cancellation
These terms explain how payments made on the Saba Su Armatürleri Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi ("Saba Armatür") website are cancelled and refunded, and how purchased products are returned.
1. Cancelling a payment
- If you entered a wrong amount or paid twice, send your cancellation request with the transaction reference to sabaarmatur@gmail.com or call +90 532 410 03 46.
- Approved cancellations are refunded to the card used for payment through the licensed payment institution iyzico Ödeme Hizmetleri A.Ş.
- Transactions cancelled on the same day usually never appear on your card statement. The time it takes for later refunds to reach your account depends on your bank.
- Overpayments to a current account are refunded on request or offset against the next invoice.
2. Right of withdrawal
For products you buy as a consumer, you may withdraw within 14 days of the day you receive the product, without giving any reason. You must return the product with its invoice within 10 days of your notice of withdrawal. The consumer is responsible for any loss of value caused by using the product beyond normal handling. The price is refunded to the card used for payment within 14 days of the day your notice reaches us.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products prepared or made to your personal needs and requests.
3. Defective products
If a product turns out to be defective, you may use one of your rights under Article 11 of Consumer Protection Law No. 6502: withdrawal from the agreement, a price reduction, free repair or replacement with a non-defective product.
In sales between merchants, under Article 23 of the Turkish Commercial Code, visible defects must be reported within 2 days of delivery and defects not visible at first glance within 8 days.
4. Return process
- Write to sabaarmatur@gmail.com or call +90 532 410 03 46 with your invoice or transaction reference.
- Once your request is reviewed, we will send you the return address and shipping details.
- When the product reaches us and has been checked, the refund, exchange or repair is started.
