Distance Sales Agreement
This agreement has been prepared in line with Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts of the Republic of Türkiye. The Turkish version prevails in case of any difference.

Buyer: the individual or legal entity making a payment on the website published at sabaarmatur.com or sabaarmatur.com.tr (the "Site").
Article 2: Subject
This agreement covers the card payment, through the Site, of the order, pro forma or invoice amount for products the Buyer has bought or will buy from the Seller, or of the Buyer's current account balance with the Seller, and the related rights and obligations of the parties. The type, quantity, price and delivery terms of the products are set out in the order, pro forma invoice or invoice issued between the parties.
Article 3: Pre-contract information
Before confirming payment, the Buyer accepts having been informed through this agreement, the Refund and Cancellation terms and the Personal Data Notice on the Site about the Seller's name, address and contact details, the amount payable, the payment method, the right of withdrawal and the ways to file complaints and objections.
Article 4: Payment
- The Buyer enters the payment amount on the Site, and it is charged in Turkish lira.
- Payment is taken in a single instalment on the secure payment page of the licensed payment institution iyzico Ödeme Hizmetleri A.Ş., with 3D Secure verification.
- The Seller never sees or stores card details.
- The payment is final once approved by the payment institution and is shown on the Site with its transaction reference.
Article 5: Delivery
Products are delivered to the address and on the terms stated in the order or invoice. For consumer buyers, delivery takes place within 30 days at the latest from receipt of the order. If a product cannot be delivered, the Buyer is informed and the amount paid is refunded.
Article 6: Right of withdrawal
A consumer buyer may withdraw from the agreement within 14 days of the day the product is delivered to them or to a person they designate, without giving any reason and without penalty. The notice of withdrawal is sent in writing within this period to sabaarmatur@gmail.com or to the Seller's address.
The Buyer returns the product to the Seller within 10 days of sending the notice. The Seller refunds the amount charged to the card used for payment within 14 days of receiving the notice.
The right of withdrawal does not apply in the cases listed in Article 15 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, in particular for products prepared to the Buyer's requests or personal needs.
The consumer right of withdrawal does not apply to Buyers acting for commercial or professional purposes; returns and exchanges for them are governed by the order terms and the Turkish Commercial Code.
Article 7: Defective products
If a delivered product is defective, a consumer buyer may use the optional rights listed in Article 11 of Law No. 6502: withdrawal from the agreement, a price reduction, free repair or replacement with a non-defective product.
Article 8: Personal data
The Buyer's personal data is processed for the purposes and on the principles set out in the Personal Data Notice.
Article 9: Disputes
A consumer buyer may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee where they live or where the transaction took place, within the monetary limits announced each year by the Ministry of Trade, and to the Consumer Court above those limits. For disputes between merchants, the Istanbul Anatolian Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction.
Article 10: Entry into force
By completing the payment step on the Site, the Buyer declares having read and accepted all terms of this agreement. The agreement is concluded electronically when the payment is approved.
